4. Pricing and Payment

5.3 Shipping Address

5.4 Lost or Damaged Shipments

6. All Sales Final  Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consumable health and wellness products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or used products
• Products returned without prior written authorization
• Orders where the customer simply changed their mind

Exceptions

We will issue a replacement or store credit (at our discretion) only in the following circumstances:

• You received the wrong product due to a fulfillment error on our part
